MY NEW ANTI-WAR CAMPAIGN!

(This idea popped up during a completely unrelated discussion over at Fanatical Apathy)

So here's my new proposal for how to end the war in Iraq.

A lot of the architects of the war effort describe themselves as pro-life, but it seems to be that other kind of pro-life sentiment (you know, the one that says the right to life begins at conception and ends at birth).

So let's put it in language they can understand . . .

SAVE THE UNBORN IRAQIS!

Who knows how many helpless unborn children have been killed in Iraq when bombs have been dropped on their pregnant mothers?  Can we stand by and allow these abortions via explosives and assault weapons to continue?  We cannot!  We must not allow any attacks to take place in any area where pregnant women could be!

I realize this means that no attacks would be possible anyplace where there could be civilian population.  It might shut down the whole operation.  But innocent fetal lives are at stake!

Mr. President, you must take a stand!

A few months ago I had a brief conversation about president Bush with a obese man that had sweat beading up on his face, it was clear that he was not a happy person. he said "how dare they criticize our standing president in this time of war, they should charge them with treason."
As i wiped the small drops of spittle from my face, the thought occurred to me. most people will never see the true cost of war on tv or in the news papers.
